Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the document and to all supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference.

Where an account is suspended or closed, b5555 will endeavour to communicate the reason to the account holder within a reasonable time, subject to any legal or investigatory constraints.
